The Lurgy

The whole family caught the lurgy. Maybe it was caught here in London, or maybe it was on the flight back from the USA, or maybe we picked up the Mexican swine flu while we were in Texas. Either way, the whole family has been sick for 9 or 10 days. Sebastian came down with it first and he's been the first to recover. Mum and dad soldier on. We've experienced entirely new levels of empathy/sympathy/pity trying to comfort an 18 week old baby struggling to breathe through congestion and coughing. We were also back to interrupted sleep schedules and fatigue. Thankfully, it looks like it might finally be coming to an end.
